At MediLisk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your MediLisk account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from our returns portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your return within 5-7 business days.
